UNDER SECRETARY-GENERAL OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
The Under-Secretary of Economic and Social Affairs guides the Secretary-General on finance and how social events can be held alongside the academic simulation. They mainly work on maintaining the budget and ensuring that the conference runs in a smooth manner.

UNDER SECRETARY-GENERAL OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND CONFERENCE AFFAIRS
The Under-Secretary General of the United Nations General Assembly and Conference Affairs is responsible for handling the logistical and hospitality of the representatives. From the arrangement of venues to ensuring the management of the very small or big aspect, from the chairs to the pens are handled by this department

UNDER SECRETARY-GENERAL OF GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS
The Undersecretary of Global Communications advises the Secretary-General on communicating the organisation's vision and mission and mapping out plans to present its global image. From creating campaigns to media plans, the role of the Under-Secretary-General for Global Communications plays a vital role in the promotion of the conference.

UNDER SECRETARY-GENERAL OF OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
The Under Secretary of Field Affairs is responsible for coordinating and managing the visual and content of all social media campaigns done by the Department of Global Communication. Designing posts and writing content in an attractive and witty manner is the key component of a successful campaign, and the Department is responsible for the same.

UNDER SECRETARY-GENERAL SAFETY AND SECURITY
The Under Secretary of Safety and Security is one of the key positions in a conference, ensuring that all delegates feel secure and safe throughout the event and maintaining the smooth flow of Conference proceedings. The Under-Secretary-General of Safety and Security also serves as the first point of contact for dispute management.
