'Udyam', meaning 'Entrepreneurial' in Hindi, is the hallmark event of diplomacy and debate at Podar International School, Gandhinagar. The event brings together all aspects of discussion and diplomacy, with students  leading the way- and learning real-world politics and diplomacy

We aim to bring this academic simulation as close as possible to how the United Nations actually functions and to foster a deeper understanding of how diplomacy and negotiations unfold in high-stakes discussions and deliberations to shape the ideals of our future.
